If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help resolve your issues or process a refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund on all initial subscription purchases (both monthly and annual plans) within 30 days of the original transaction date.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within exactly 30 calendar days of your initial purchase transaction.
  • The request must apply to the first-time purchase of the subscription (subsequent renewals or secondary account purchases do not qualify).
  • Your account must not have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

Subscriptions are configured to automatically renew at the end of their billing cycle (monthly or annually) to ensure uninterrupted service and password availability.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals but does not trigger a retroactive refund for the current billing cycle.
  • Renewals: Automatic renewals are not eligible for the standard 30-day money-back guarantee. If you wish to prevent a renewal, please disable auto-renew at least 24 hours prior to the billing date.

3. Critical Security & Data Deletion Policy

Upon the successful processing of a refund, your premium account will be immediately downgraded or deactivated. In alignment with our strict Zero-Trust and privacy frameworks, any cloud-synced encrypted vault data associated with premium features may be permanently purged from our relays after a 14-day grace period. Please ensure you back up or export your vault data locally before requesting a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support infrastructure:

  • Subject Line: Please use the format Refund Request - [Your Order/Invoice ID].
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.

5. Third-Party App Store Purchases

If you purchased your subscription through a third-party marketplace (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), your transaction is governed by that platform's specific refund terms. We cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed through third-party billing infrastructures. You must submit your refund request directly to the respective store support team.
